I.T. BOOM AT HANSRAJ

20 Teachers from various departments Primary to Sr. Secondary have undergone "online Internet training" 15 days course by Intel in the month of April 2009.

Fully  geared  and  raring  to enter  the New  Millennium, more  than 60 of  our  teachers from Primary to Sr. Secondary Department including the principal, enrolled and got trained as Computer Professionals in training  course  conducted   by  INTEL. Four  of  our  teachers  who  attended  the  Advanced   Course conducted by INTEL today stand qualified to train other teachers - we are proud of them.

Intel  launched  a  national  teacher  training  program  aimed at  training classroom  teachers how  to effectively integrate the use of computers and the internet into their existing curriculum.

MULTIMEDIA LAB

Multimedia  lab of  the school  has been updated  with all  new pentium microprocessors, two  maths  lab, two language labs and Teacher's Resource  Centre  are much in use.... Teachers  make  power  point presentation and other software on different topics of the cbse syllabus .These are used in the class room (lecture theatre ) while  teaching  with  lcd projector . A virtual school  was  also created on the net, which is updated  regularly   with  the   syllabus  covered ,  homework assignments given ,extra assignments and sample papers for weak  and  bright  students.

TEACHERS RESOURCE CENTRE

Accepting  the  challenges  posed  by  the  21st  century and watching  the  zest  and  drive  for  using  new   techniques, software  and  teaching  aids,  the  school  has  setup  a Teacher’s Resource Center which provides  sufficient avenues and leeway to  the teachers to explore their creativity and develop materials to be used in making classroom teaching more exciting and interesting.
